    Seena holds a degree in elementary education. She has been an active member of the real estate community since 1978. Throughout her career Seena has earned top awards in the NJ Million Dollar Club as well as top producer awards in the companies she has worked for. Seena brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the areas she services. She earns the trust and respect of her clients.     She knows how to place a buyer in their dream home quickly and take the buyer from contract to closing with skill. As a sellers agent her marketing techniques are fresh and unique with her listings selling quickly and very close to the asking price. She is patient, understanding the needs of her client while taking the transaction from the contract to closing with the least amount of stress. Seena lives in West Caldwell with her husband of 46 years, a real estate attorney. She has 2 married children, a 9 year old granddaughter, a 5 year old grandson and 2 granddogs.
