    I am an experienced Realtor in both residential and commercial real estate for the past 13 years.  My expertise is in Eastern Morris, Somerset and Western Union Counties having lived in this region for the past 28 years; however, I cover many other areas of the state. 

    I also personally invest in single family homes in need of renovations.  With such experience, it is helpful to buyers as I can advise on the cost and feasibility of a variety of improvement projects as well as value of property after said improvements.

    Extensive experience in helping seasoned investors and first timers purchase real estate tax liens, short sales & foreclosures utilizing such financial vehicles as private mortgage funding, investing partners and traditional financing.

    Prior to a successful career in real estate, I worked for Bell Laboratories for 22 years as an Electrical Engineer, even receiving a Patent as well as other awards.

     My diverse back ground helps me to guide my clients to reaching their real estate goals.
