    I am not just a real estate agent in North Jersey, I am a resident, a mom, a wife, a friend, and a neighbor. Livingston, New Jersey has been my home since I was a child. I have watched the town grow from farmland to residential developments. I have watched the prices rise and the prices fall. I have seen, witnessed and participated in every Real Estate change/trend that has occurred in this business for more than 40 years. I think that makes me an expert!!! I am constantly changes with the times and trends-from social media and staging in virtual tours and Twitter. This business is ever changing and I have been successful for more than 4 decades by adapting to my client’s needs and the changes that this business has endured.

    At this point in my career, I can predict trends and pattern sand I pride myself on being client driven-my focus is my client's needs and wants.
